Challenge Group has launched a new freighter from Liège to Dubai World Central via Tel Aviv, Or Zak, Chief Commercial Officer, Challenge Group. To take off from May 16, the service will initially operate weekly on Thursdays, deploying a Boeing 747F with a capacity of 120 tonnes. From June onwards, the frequency will double, with flights on Tuesdays and Fridays, using Boeing 767-300BDSF aircraft. “This service is pivotal in linking the Gulf with Europe and the USA, leveraging Challenge Group’s hub in Liège,” he said. The service will accommodate various cargo types, including general cargo, aircraft engines, live animals, pharma, perishables, dangerous goods, high-technology, and e-commerce products. GSA Global Cargo LLC will manage local operations in Dubai.
