IATA has announced the Future Air Cargo Executives (FACE) program will be adding new activities in 2023-2024 to attract and develop young talent to the air cargo industry. As per a press release, a competition for recent graduates to present their ideas for innovative air cargo solutions is also on the cards. The work must focus on innovation and transformation in air transport logistics, in the areas of digitalization, sustainability and safety and security. The activities include a series of webinars on topics connected to executive management skills for career progression, where young professionals will have the opportunity to learn from and exchange with experienced industry executives. FACE UP! provides recent graduates from around the world with the opportunity to present their solution on addressing the challenges of the air cargo supply chain to industry executives at the 2024 World Cargo Symposium in Hong Kong, China.
