SAL Logistics Services has signed an MoU with King Salman Energy City Dry Port (SPARK Logistics) to explore cooperation in logistics services, warehousing, transportation and supply chain solutions in Saudi Arabia. The agreement will allow both companies to study possible areas of collaboration across industrial and logistics operations, including support services for businesses using SPARK’s logistics facilities.

The partnership brings together SAL’s cargo handling and logistics capabilities with SPARK Logistics’ dry port and industrial infrastructure. The focus will be on identifying ways to improve logistics processes and support the movement of goods for industrial projects.

SPARK Logistics, located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, provides logistics facilities that connect industrial operations with regional and international trade networks. The dry port supports cargo handling, storage and transportation activities for companies operating in the area.

The cooperation comes as Saudi Arabia continues to expand its logistics infrastructure and develop supply chain capabilities under Vision 2030. By exploring joint solutions, SAL and SPARK Logistics aim to support more efficient cargo flows and provide additional logistics services for industrial and commercial sectors in the Kingdom.
