The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s airports reported 1.2 million tonnes of cargo in 2024, highlighting the prominence as a logistics and aviation hub. The growth aligns with Vision 2030 goals to transform the Kingdom into a global centre for trade, business and tourism. The report stated, “KSA is transforming its transport ecosystem, positioning itself as a global logistics and aviation hub by 2030. These developments are reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a regional leader in integrated, sustainable transport, supporting both economic growth and improved quality of life.”
