ADQ acquires majority stake in road freight major, Aramex

With a combined over 63 per cent shareholding, together with AD Ports Group, ADQ becomes the majority stakeholder in Aramex, Mansour AlMulla, Deputy Group CEO, ADQ, said. It has announced its voluntary tender offer for Aramex, submitted through subsidiary Q Logistics Holding LLC, is now unconditional. This acquisition enhances ADQ’s logistics platform across express delivery, freight forwarding, 3PL, and warehousing, supporting its ambition to develop a globally integrated, multimodal logistics hub anchored in the UAE. Aramex operates in over 65 countries with 800,000 sqm of global warehousing and a leading GCC trucking network. “ADQ’s majority shareholding in Aramex marks a strategic step toward advancing our vision to build a globally integrated logistics platform anchored in the UAE. Aramex brings strong capabilities and operational depth that complement our existing investments across air, sea, and land infrastructure,” he added.
