Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP has officially rebranded as Makhazen, highlighting its focus on trade, logistics, and infrastructure in Kuwait. The company says the move is part of a broader strategy to support the country’s economic diversification and Vision 2035 goals. “Launching our new brand marks the next step in growing our trade and logistics operations in line with Kuwait’s national priorities,” said Tarek Sultan, Vice Chairman.

Makhazen plans to invest more than KWD 100 million by 2030 in logistics and industrial projects. These include building advanced warehouses, improving supply chains, and supporting industrial facilities that can help boost trade. The company says its efforts will create jobs, strengthen non-oil sectors, and contribute to long-term economic growth.

Makhazen has a long history in Kuwait, developing key warehousing and infrastructure in Sulaibiya, Doha, and Mina Abdullah since its founding in 1979. A senior board committee has been set up to oversee projects and maintain alignment with government strategies. The company will start using its new logo immediately. Plans to officially change the company’s legal name will be considered at an upcoming shareholders’ meeting.
