Air Charter Service (ACS) opened its first office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Located in Riyadh, this move marks a vital step in its Middle East expansion strategy, said Justin Bowman, Chief Executive, ACS. The move follows the General Authority of Civil Aviation’s (GACA) decision to open KSA’s private aviation sector to global charter companies. “We have been targeting the expansion of our Middle Eastern ops for some time now, and Riyadh was a natural choice for this move,” said Elie Hanna, CEO, ACS Middle East. Private jet flights increased by 24 percent in the Kingdom in 2024, with the market forecast to reach USD 2 billion by 2030.
