“Al-Ahsa International Airport has been developed and rehabilitated to develop cargo facilities. We cooperated with a company, whose name has not been revealed, to develop cargo facilities at King Fahd International Airport. The company is committed to obtaining operational licenses for its airports, and this has had a positive impact on safety as no incidents related to aircraft safety have been recorded,” Mohammed Al-Hasani, CEO, Dammam Airports Company (DAC). This was announced during the reception of Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, during his weekly council, ‘Al-Ithnainiya’, at the Emirate’s Diwan. Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, and Turki bin Abdullah Al-Tamimi, Undersecretary of the Eastern Province and Mohammed attended the council.
