Aldar Properties has acquired three warehouses in KEZAD Logistics Park (KLP) in Abu Dhabi for Dh650 million ($177 million) from a subsidiary of AD Ports Group.
The deal covers around 163,000 square metres of warehouse space in the Al Ma’mourah cluster. The facilities are multi-let, with about 80 tenants operating from them, including logistics companies, retailers and manufacturers. Occupancy is around 97%, with tenants such as DHL, Spinneys and Noatum Logistics.
The warehouses are used for storage, handling and distribution of goods moving through Abu Dhabi and wider regional supply chains. Their near-full occupancy highlights steady demand for well-located logistics space close to ports, highways and rail connections.
With the acquisition, Aldar takes over leasing and management of the assets. The company’s industrial and logistics portfolio now exceeds 700,000 square metres, with further expansion planned. KEZAD Logistics Park, located near Khalifa Port, is a key industrial and distribution hub supporting trade flows across the UAE and the wider region.
