Anchanto has integrated its commerce and supply chain platforms with Saudi Arabia-based NAQEL Express, allowing retailers, brands and logistics providers to manage fulfilment, delivery, returns and parcel tracking through a connected system.

Dmitry Trubkin, General Manager Network Operations & Destination Countries at NAQEL Express, said the integration would help businesses simplify logistics as Saudi Arabia’s digital commerce sector expands.

The integration covers Anchanto’s Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, Operations Experience and Parcel Tracking platforms. It gives businesses access to NAQEL Express’ logistics network while reducing the need for separate systems to manage different stages of an order.

The move could help logistics providers and retailers improve visibility over deliveries and returns, particularly as e-commerce volumes grow across Saudi Arabia. Connecting local delivery networks with order and warehouse systems can also reduce manual work and handovers, helping businesses respond more quickly to orders and delivery updates.

The integration adds NAQEL Express to Anchanto’s network of more than 200 connections with marketplaces, webstores, carriers and enterprise systems globally. Vaibhav Dabhade, CEO of Anchanto, said connecting with local carriers is becoming increasingly important as retailers and logistics providers expand across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
