DHL Global Forwarding and TotalEnergies have solarized seven DHL sites in Dubai, marking a milestone in our commitment to reduce logistics-related emissions to net-zero by 2050, as per the company’s social media post. The system will produce over 11,000 MWh/year, covering 80% of the buildings’ energy needs. “We are proud of our low carbon initiatives. Together, we are driving the future of more sustainable logistics.” DHL Global Forwarding will soon host its second Fast Forward Challenge for APAC with the theme Sustainable Solutions, and is calling for businesses, start-ups, and innovators with sustainable solutions to participate.
