A major milestone is taking shape in Dubai as DSV Logistics prepares to open a new logistics hub in Jebel Ali South. The 30,000 square metre, state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to become operational in March 2026, thus strengthening DSV’s capacity and connectivity across the region.
The new hub is designed to support complex and growing supply chains. It will offer more than 74,000 pallet positions, allowing large volumes of cargo to be stored and managed efficiently. The warehouse will feature 22-metre high-bay storage, helping improve space utilisation while increasing handling speed.
The facility will also include advanced temperature-controlled chambers. These areas are designed to handle sensitive cargo such as food, pharmaceuticals, and other products that require stable temperature conditions. This will help maintain product quality and safety throughout storage and distribution.
Located in Jebel Ali South, the hub benefits from strong access to major roads and Dubai’s key trade gateways. Once operational, the facility is expected to support faster cargo movement, improve operational efficiency, and help DSV Logistics meet increasing demand from customers across the Middle East and international markets.
