Dubai Customs, Binance to modernise logistics, payments

Dubai Customs has partnered with Binance to bring blockchain and digital payments into the emirate’s logistics and trade operations, said Dr Abdulla Busenad, DG, Dubai Customs. The collaboration aims to simplify import-export procedures, reduce transaction costs, and speed up movement of goods across borders. Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, said the initiative will support innovative solutions in customs, reinforcing Dubai’s leadership in digital trade and modern logistics infrastructure. The partnership represents a step toward a fully modernised logistics ecosystem, combining blockchain technology with advanced payment solutions to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen Dubai’s role as a global trade hub.
