Dubai South unveils multi-user facilities for growth of SMEs

Dubai South has announced new multi-user logistics facilities in the Logistics District, informed Mohsen Ahmad, CEO, Logistics District, Dubai South. The spaces are located near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port, offering direct access to key transport corridors, enhancing cargo flow efficiency. Designed for SMEs, e-commerce, and logistics firms, the units come in 2,152 sq. ft., and 3,767 sq. ft., sizes, are temperature-controlled, and allow easy customisation. The development is set for handover in Q1 2026 and aligns with Dubai South’s mission to empower regional trade through scalable, sustainable infrastructure, Ahmad said. “The launch of the new facilities underline our commitment for supporting SMEs by providing infra that meets the evolving demands of the regional and global markets,” he added.
