Emirates Courier Express boosts cross-border deliveries

Emirates Courier Express is helping Dubai-based businesses expand their international operations through cross-border shipping and technology-linked logistics services, giving companies access to Emirates’ global network without having to build their own delivery systems in each market.
Launched by Emirates SkyCargo, the door-to-door service is designed to help businesses move goods across borders and manage international shipments more efficiently.
The service combines air cargo capacity with delivery support and digital tools to help companies improve shipment visibility and manage delivery issues. This can reduce the work involved in coordinating international orders and help businesses serve overseas markets without setting up separate logistics operations in each country.
The model is particularly relevant to small and medium-sized businesses looking to expand internationally, as access to global transport networks and reliable delivery services can be costly and complex to manage independently.
Dennis Lister, Senior Vice President, Cargo Commercial Development at Emirates, said: “Rapid, reliable and transparent delivery is fundamental to building customer trust, reducing friction in the purchase journey and driving repeat business.” The service reflects the growing role of integrated air freight and delivery networks in supporting businesses involved in cross-border trade and e-commerce.
