Emirates, KN to improve global cargo performance

Emirates SkyCargo has signed an agreement with Kuehne+Nagel (KN), aiming to raise performance standards in air cargo delivery, said Moaza Al Falahi, Vice President, Cargo Customer Affairs and Service Audit, Emirates SkyCargo. The deal outlines specific service targets and tracking milestones to improve reliability and speed across global supply chains. The airline reported from January to April 2025, 92 per cent of shipments flew as booked, increasing to 98 per cent for those out of Dubai, exceeding the industry average. Emirates SkyCargo also scored 96 per cent in performance ratings from Cargo iQ, covering over 90 per cent of its global shipments.
