Emirates SkyCargo has launched AI Tech, a dedicated air cargo product built to move critical and sensitive AI infrastructure safely and on schedule.

Designed for AI server racks, semiconductors, GPUs, capital equipment and other high-value hardware, the service combines priority loading, specialised handling and proactive shipment monitoring. Shipments are tracked round the clock through the carrier's command centre in Dubai, helping customers keep deployment schedules on track.  “AI Tech is designed to give customers confidence that their critical equipment will move seamlessly across our network, supported by operational oversight and proactive communication,” commented Badr Abbas, Divisional Senior Vice President, Emirates SkyCargo.

The launch comes as global adoption of AI accelerates and the logistics of moving technology equipment grows more complex. Large-scale deployments typically involve high-value cargo, compressed timelines and strict handling requirements, leaving little room for delay or damage in transit.

AI Tech addresses this with globally standardised operating procedures, enhanced shipment oversight and proactive customer coordination throughout the journey, from origin to destination.
