Emirates SkyCargo has resumed pet transportation services, reinforcing its commitment to safe and reliable animal travel from the UAE. A dedicated team has been set up to manage all pet-related booking enquiries, offering end-to-end support with speed, clarity and care. Recognising pets as valued family members, the airline continues to prioritise their wellbeing and timely movement.
Amid ongoing operational adjustments and dynamic flight schedules, each booking will be handled with heightened sensitivity and attention. The move follows the partial reopening of regional airspace, enabling Emirates to progressively scale up both passenger and freighter operations.
By leveraging a combination of passenger aircraft and dedicated cargo freighters, Emirates SkyCargo is strengthening connectivity across key global markets. Customers can continue planning shipments, subject to capacity, while transit cargo via Dubai (DXB/DWC) will be accepted only when confirmed onward connections are in place, ensuring seamless network flow.
