Velora, formerly Etihad Airport Services (EAS) is taking Abu Dhabi’s aviation sector into its next phase of growth with a unified identity that brings together ground handling, cargo and logistics, and security services under one brand. The move represents a strategic effort to streamline operations and strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as a global aviation hub. Jubran AlBreiki, Chief Executive Officer, Velora said the change builds on four decades of expertise established under the Etihad Airport Services banner. He said the new identity reflects a forward-looking approach designed to enhance performance while contributing to Abu Dhabi’s broader economic goals. The rebranding aims to create better synergy across business units, improve efficiency, and deliver more cohesive services to airlines, logistics partners, and airport stakeholders. With this shift, Velora steps into a new phase focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer experience. Velora will continue managing cargo and ground handling at Zayed International Airport, supporting over 30 airlines and dozens more through road feeder services from Dubai and DWC. Backed by a workforce of more than 5,000 professionals, the company’s rebrand signals a unified vision to expand its role in regional logistics and reinforce Abu Dhabi’s growing influence in global air transport.
