Etihad Cargo reports 8% YoY rise in air cargo revenue

Etihad reported an 8 per cent increase in cargo revenue driven by improved yields, said Antonoaldo Neves, CEO, Etihad Airways. Total revenue saw a 15 per cent rise compared to Q1 2024, reaching AED 6.6 billion (US$ 1.8 billion), supported by cargo as well as passenger business. “We are proud to deliver a record-breaking quarter, in profitability and in guest satisfaction. Our network continues to expand with 16 new routes announced for 2025 and additional aircraft joining our fleet. As we grow, we remain disciplined and focused on quality, efficiency, and creating value for our customers and stakeholders,” Neves added.
