Etihad Cargo’s SmartTrack tool for real-time cargo visibility

Etihad Cargo officially launched advanced shipment visibility tool, SmartTrack, for offering customers real-time tracking and proactive monitoring of cargo across the supply chain. Unveiled at Air Cargo Europe 2025 in Munich, SmartTrack is now live worldwide via the Etihad Cargo website, making it the first carrier to bring such a solution to the market. Stanislas Brun, Chief Cargo Officer, Etihad Cargo said, “SmartTrack marks a major step forward. It reflects our vision to deliver smarter, more resilient, and customer-centric logistics solutions through digital transformation.” Developed in partnership with Tag-N-Trac, SmartTrack integrates booking data, sensor events, and geofence alerting for seamless customer experience.
