India-based retail technology firm Fynd has entered Saudi Arabia, targeting the Kingdom’s fast-growing e-commerce and logistics sector as retailers push to link stores, warehouses and online platforms more efficiently.

“Retailers in Saudi Arabia want faster delivery and better control over their inventory,” said a Fynd spokesperson. “Our platform connects stores, warehouses and online channels in one system, helping businesses move products to customers more quickly.”

The company is rolling out its AI-led commerce platform, which combines point-of-sale systems, e-commerce storefronts, order management (OMS), warehouse management (WMS) and transport management (TMS). The goal is to reduce stock gaps, improve real-time inventory visibility and speed up fulfilment across channels.

Saudi Arabia’s retail and e-commerce markets are expanding rapidly, driven by high internet use and stronger last-mile delivery networks. As online orders grow, retailers are under pressure to manage inventory better and cut delivery times.

Fynd has also started working with Saudi retailer NICE as part of its local expansion, positioning itself as a technology partner for unified commerce and smarter logistics operations in the Kingdom.
