Global air cargo rates surge 10% YoY

As per the latest data analysis by TAC Index, the leading provider of air cargo rates, the global air cargo rates stood firm by the end of week on 12th August 2024. The overall Baltic air freight index grew to a solid +2.2 percent, which is an impressive number at the time of year when the rates are generally falling. The global air cargo rates YoY stood at 10% on 12th August 2024.
