Intercontinental Aviation Academy UAE (IAA) and SolitAir have teamed up to launch a new mentor programme aimed at supporting the next generation of pilots in the UAE. The partnership brings together IAA’s training expertise and SolitAir’s airline experience to give aviation students real industry exposure throughout their training journey.
Hamdi Osman, Founder and CEO, SolitAir, said, “SolitAir has always believed that the future of our airline begins with the people we invest in today. This partnership with IAA is more than a mentorship programme. It is a strategic step toward building a new generation of pilots aligned with our values, operational standards, and long-term vision."
As part of the programme, SolitAir will mentor pilots enrolled in IAA’s EASA and GCAA ICAO ATPL integrated courses. Cadets will receive regular guidance from SolitAir pilots and trainers, helping them understand airline standards, cockpit culture, and real operational expectations. Students from the September 2025 and January 2026 batches will also be included.
