The Saudi Air Connectivity Programme (ACP) with Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO) announced the expansion of cargo connectivity between direct flights from Stuttgart, Germany and Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, disclosed Majid Khan, CEO, ACP. Starting late 2025, direct flights will operate twice weekly. This initiative aligns with the aviation goals, aiming to handle 4.5 million tonnes of air cargo by 2030, while strengthening trade and logistics links with Europe. “The collaboration with German low-cost carrier Eurowings is advancing well in enhancing air links between KSA and Europe. We plan to form a long-term partnership with the airline to broaden the network of flight routes,” he added.
