Makhazen has reported a solid Q3 performance, posting KD147 million (US$ 479.24 million) in EBITDA from continuing ops, driven by growing logistics and infra operations in Kuwait, said Faisal Sultan, Chairman, Makhazen. The company’s expanding logistics network, including warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management has played a key role in supporting operational efficiency and strengthening its footprint across the country. The Q3 also marks the first full reporting cycle under the company’s new identity following its rebranding and the deconsolidation of Agility Global. “We are confident that Makhazen’s Kuwait-centred strategy provides a strong foundation for sustainable long-term growth and value creation for our shareholders,” he added.
