Manrre, Palmon Group break ground on Jafza logistics hub

GFH Partners Manrre REIT (Manrre) along with Palmon Group have broken ground on a state-of-the-art logistics facility in North Jafza, said Kunal Lahori, CEO, Palmon Group and Board Member, Manrre, said. The ceremony was attended by Abdulla Bin Damithan, CEO & Managing Director, DP World GCC and other officials. Spanning 214,000 sqft, the Grade A facility will be one of the UAE’s first high-bay, and temperature-controlled warehouses. With a built-up area of 144,000 sqft, it will feature 32,000 pallet positions, 16 loading bays, 15,000 sqft of office space, and a rooftop viewing deck overlooking Jebel Ali Port. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2027, with leasing discussions already underway with a major regional logistics provider, Lahori added.
