NRTC Group has launched Mazraati, a digital Farm-to-Fork platform designed to improve traceability, quality control, and logistics coordination across the UAE’s fresh-food supply chain. The platform connects farmers, packhouses, cold-chain logistics providers, warehouses, and buyers, giving real-time visibility from harvest to delivery and reducing losses caused by inefficiencies in the value chain. It aims to onboard over 260 farmers by 2027, leveraging NRTC’s expanding local-farm network and recent acquisitions.

The platform brings key benefits to food logistics. Vehicle routing, crate movements, and temperature monitoring are automated, while AI-supported quality grading ensures consistent standards across the supply chain. Transit losses are tracked digitally, allowing stakeholders to act quickly and reduce waste. Farmers gain insights into quantities supplied, quality results, and payment tracking. Logistics partners can plan routes efficiently and monitor shipments in real time. Buyers get early visibility of stock quality and quantities, helping with demand planning and pricing.

Mazraati also captures sustainability and ESG data at the farm level, supporting responsible sourcing and measurable improvement. According to Mohammed Alrifai, NRTC Group CEO, the platform represents a structural shift in how food moves from farm to fork in the UAE, strengthening supply-chain resilience, reducing waste, and delivering long-term value across the agri-food ecosystem.
