Noatum Logistics has expanded its trucking fleet to more than 850 units, strengthening its capacity for cross-border road freight across the Middle East and the GCC. The expansion will allow the company to handle more overland shipments in-house and offer customers additional transport options across regional supply chains.

The new fuel-efficient trucks, delivered over the past six months, meet Euro 5 emissions standards and are now operating across the company’s regional network. Each vehicle is fitted with GPS tracking and linked to a central control tower, providing real-time visibility of shipment movements and vehicle use.

The fleet will support freight forwarding, contract logistics and project cargo operations. Noatum Logistics has also combined road transport with its rail shuttle connecting Khalifa Port and Fujairah Terminals, providing alternative routes during supply chain disruptions.

Thorsten Pook, Managing Director of Noatum Logistics – Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and CIS, said: “This investment is about building the capabilities that enable us to stay closer to our customers, deliver greater certainty and efficiency across their supply chains.”

The expansion supports AD Ports Group’s strategy to grow its logistics operations and improve the movement of goods across regional markets.
