Qatar-Kazakhstan roundtable held to boost bilateral trade




Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev along with His Excellency Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim al-Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, held a business roundtable between the two nations. The minister underlined Qatar’s interest in collaborating with Kazakhstan in logistics, IT, digital, financial services, food, agriculture, and health services at a business roundtable between Qatar and Kazhakastan. The roundtable, held recently in Doha, aimed at highlighting investment opportunities between the two countries. Ways and means of enhancing economic co-operation and partnerships were discussed. Representatives of commercial chambers, business associations, investors, and representatives of Qatari and Kazakh companies specialized in various fields. His Excellency al-Thani stressed the participation of the Kazakhstan President in the roundtable reflects the cordial relations between Qatar and Kazakhstan. The minister stressed the roundtable plays a vital role in addressing shared economic concerns and examining potential investment opportunities and collaborations between the two countries.
