Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone has expanded its self-storage facilities in Ras Al Khaimah, adding a new warehouse in Al Hamra Industrial Zone to support logistics operations for businesses and e-commerce companies. The facility offers units ranging from 5 to 18 square metres with 24/7 access, secure lockable storage, CCTV monitoring, on-site security, and air-conditioning, providing flexible and reliable logistics solutions for inventory and equipment management.
RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad said, “The expansion of our self-storage offering reflects the strong demand we are seeing and our commitment to continuously enhancing services that add practical value to the community.”
The expansion strengthens the logistics ecosystem in Ras Al Khaimah by enabling companies to store goods closer to key roads and distribution hubs. Businesses can manage inventory more efficiently, respond faster to customer demand, and reduce transportation delays. For e-commerce operators, SMEs, and delivery services, the additional storage capacity supports smoother supply chain operations, faster order fulfilment, and improved last-mile logistics.
By offering flexible, secure storage, RAKEZ helps logistics companies scale operations without investing in large warehouses. The strategic location of the facility also ensures easier movement of goods between Ras Al Khaimah and other emirates, boosting regional connectivity.
As demand for logistics and supply chain solutions grows in the emirate, RAKEZ’s expanded self-storage facility provides a practical tool to enhance operational efficiency, optimize space usage, and support faster, more reliable logistics services.
