RSA Global has launched RSA Logistics as a separate brand to represent its logistics division, while keeping it within the wider group. The move gives the unit its own identity in the market but does not change operations, customer contracts or services. The company said the step reflects the growth of its logistics business across the UAE and India.
RSA Logistics has been operating for more than 17 years and now manages around 25 facilities with about 595,000 square metres of infrastructure. It offers services such as warehousing, transport, freight forwarding, customs clearance, fulfilment and inventory management for sectors including retail, FMCG, automotive and e-commerce.
The company said the branding change is aimed at making its services clearer to customers and supporting future expansion. It also allows the logistics arm to focus on building its own market presence while still using the wider group network.
Abhishek Shah, Group CEO and Co-Founder of RSA Global, said, “RSA Logistics has reached a point in its journey where it deserves to stand on its own as a brand. This is a business that has grown consistently over many years by investing in its people, infrastructure and customer relationships. Giving it its own identity is a natural next step and reflects our ambition for the future, while remaining firmly part of the RSA Global Ecosystem.”
Simon Farrell, CEO of RSA Logistics, said, “This is an important milestone for our business. RSA Logistics has built its reputation by helping customers manage increasingly complex supply chain requirements, and giving the business its own identity provides a clearer platform for future growth. Our customers will continue working with the same people and receiving the same high standard of service, backed by the strength and resources of the wider RSA Global Group.”
