In a new development, SAL Logistics Services signed an MoU with flyadeal to strengthen cooperation in training, development, and knowledge exchange in supply chain and logistics, supporting the logistics and aviation sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement, the two entities, through SAL Academy, will exchange expertise and knowledge in supply chain and logistics services. They will also develop specialised training sessions focused on modern and innovative logistics solutions. In addition, workshops, seminars, and other learning programmes will be organised to provide training and development opportunities for employees from both sides.
Saleh Al-Dini, Chief Shared Services Officer at SAL, speaking about the agreement, said, “Through this cooperation with flyadeal, we continue our commitment to delivering quality training programmes that combine knowledge with practical experience, contributing to the empowerment of national talent and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in human capability development.”
The collaboration is expected to improve the readiness of national talent while supporting the growth of the logistics and aviation sectors in the Kingdom. It will also contribute to workforce development by enhancing skills in supply chain and logistics, helping create a stronger talent pipeline to meet the growing needs of Saudi Arabia’s transport and logistics sectors.
