Saudia Cargo has been certified as one of the Best Places to Work, reflecting its focus on talent growth, inclusion, and workplace excellence. The company continues to strengthen its sustainability framework through initiatives that invest in people, innovation, and social development. Its Succession Planning Programme, launched in 2024 with the Saudi Logistics Academy, is training 300 young Saudis to become future leaders of the logistics industry.
