Savills Middle East has launched a brand-new Grade A warehouse and logistics development in Dubai’s National Industries Park, offering units from 5,376 SQM up to 67,934 SQM. The project is designed for modern, high-efficiency logistics operations, featuring 15-metre clear eaves, FM1 floor flatness, temperature-controlled environments at 24°C, minimum 500kW power per unit, and at least four dock-level loading doors per 5,362 SQM.

These state-of-the-art facilities are built to international standards with modular designs, giving businesses flexibility to scale operations quickly. The warehouses aim to enhance automotive and general logistics efficiency, making it easier to handle storage, distribution, and last-mile delivery in Dubai and the wider Middle East.

Savills Middle East highlighted that the development addresses growing demand for premium logistics space, providing companies with reliable infrastructure to support supply chains and operational efficiency.

With this launch, Dubai strengthens its role as a regional hub for logistics and industrial activity. The combination of modern design, advanced specifications, and flexible layouts offers businesses an opportunity to optimize automotive logistics, streamline operations, and expand their regional footprint in one of the Middle East’s most strategic industrial zones.
