SGP to operate 4 multipurpose terminals on KSA eastern coast

Saudi Global Ports (SGP) has signed four 20-year concession agreements with the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) to operate multipurpose terminals at King Abdulaziz Port Dammam, Jubail Commercial Port, King Fahad Industrial Port Jubail, and Ras Al-Khair Port, Eng. Abdullah Al Zamil, Chairman of the Board, Saudi Global Ports Company said. Through its subsidiary, SGP Multipurpose Terminals, the company will invest over SAR 700 million (US$187 million) to upgrade infrastructure, modernise equipment and integrate operations with its existing logistics network, including the Riyadh Dry Port Ecosystem and the Dammam Integrated Logistics Zone.
