At a time when the air cargo sector is dealing with fast changes in trade routes, rising e-commerce demand, and wider use of digital tools and AI in logistics, TIACA is convening the Executive Summit 2026. Scheduled to be held in Warsaw, Poland, from 1-3 June, the event will bring together industry leaders, airlines, airports, and logistics companies to discuss how the sector can respond to disruption and long-term shifts in global trade.

Hosted by LOT Polish Airlines and Port Polska, the summit will focus on how companies are responding to a changing operating environment shaped by shifting trade flows, technology adoption, and increasing pressure on supply chains. Discussions are expected to focus on how digital systems, automation, and better data use can help streamline cargo operations and improve decision-making across supply chains.

Participants will also look at changing market conditions, including shifting trade routes and the rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce. These trends are increasing demand on air cargo networks and pushing companies to adjust capacity planning and operations more quickly.

Sustainability will be another key topic, with attention on emissions reduction efforts and industry collaboration. The summit will also include sessions on innovation, leadership, and workforce development in logistics.
