TLM Logistics is preparing to launch its T4 facility at Dubai Logistics City, positioned to strengthen the UAE’s role as a global hub for chemical and regulated materials logistics, as per a release. Spread across 464,000 sqft, the facility will offer 58,000 pallet positions and specialised zones for temperature-controlled, hazardous and non-DG storage. T4’s location within the Dubai World Central Free Zone provides links to Jebel Ali Free Zone and Jebel Ali Port. This integration will enable faster customs clearance, multimodal connectivity and streamlined flows for industries where safety and compliance are critical. The facility is linked to major global trade routes with export links to Europe, the US, West Africa and India and import routes from key Asian ports, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Penang, Hong Kong and Singapore. Scheduled to go live next quarter, T4 aims to serve as a cross-continental bridge for manufacturers, distributors and high-value industries, the release added.
