CargoAi announced United Cargo goes live on its digital platforms, marking a milestone in the cargo industry’s digital evolution. This partnership empowers forwarders with seamless access to United Cargo’s capacity directly via CargoMART or API integration, offering real-time rates, bookable space, and a streamlined eBooking experience. As per a press release, the integration enhances efficiency and transparency across key global markets, including the US, Canada, Ireland, the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Italy. Forwarders of these regions can book General Cargo, Express, and Perishables (non-temperature-controlled) services from United Cargo through the CargoAi ecosystem. This strategic collaboration reflects a shared commitment to driving digital transformation into air freight, making operations more agile, data-driven, and customer-focused. It is a significant step toward simplifying and modernising the cargo booking process in a traditionally complex industry.
