WestJet Cargo joins with TCE to boost efficiency, compliance

WestJet Cargo has partnered with ECS Group’s TCE (Total Cargo Expertise) solution to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance, disclosed Kirsten de Bruijn, Executive Vice President, WestJet Cargo. TCE will manage key aspects of customs operations, including planning, documentation, and day-to-day oversight. Leveraging automation and advanced technology, the partnership aims to streamline processes, reduce errors, and minimise delays by handling data corrections and liaising directly with customs authorities. “This partnership will help us ensure our customs procedures are handled with accuracy and efficiency, allowing us to focus on delivering top-tier cargo services to our customers,” she added.
