Aramex has chosen Softeon’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) to run its operations across 70 facilities in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, said Jim Hoefflin, CEO, Softeon. The move will help Aramex manage its warehouses more efficiently and improve the speed and accuracy of deliveries.

“This collaboration reinforces our growth across the Middle East and Africa and showcases the power of our 3PL-focused WMS, featuring advanced billing, labour management, and a warehouse execution system (WES) to deliver measurable results in high-volume operations,” he added.

Softeon’s WMS is designed for 3PL providers like Aramex and includes tools for billing, labour management, and warehouse execution. These systems help track inventory, optimise workflows, and manage staff, making warehouses faster, smarter, and more flexible.

By using this platform, Aramex can handle complex fulfilment tasks for sectors such as e-commerce, healthcare, energy, and retail. It also allows the company to quickly add new warehouses or onboard new clients, which helps meet rising customer demand without slowing down operations.

The partnership strengthens Aramex’s global logistics network, giving managers better visibility of goods in transit and in storage. It also supports faster, more reliable supply chains, ensuring products reach customers on time.

For Softeon, the deal highlights its growing presence in the Middle East and Africa and shows the value of its warehouse-focused technology. Together, the companies aim to make warehousing and fulfilment more efficient and responsive to today’s fast-moving markets.
