The air taxi market is seeing continued growth and testing in on in various locations. In line with this Archer Aviation is planning to expand its operations in the Middle East and Asia. The US based Archer is reportedly in advanced talks with several potential partners in seven major international markets, according to Chief Executive Officer Adam Goldstein. “There has been interest globally,” Goldstein said in an interview at the Paris Air Show, noting that the UAE was a leading contender. Goldstein made it clear that ceritifcation was an important factor on his decision, stating: “We believe those markets will be a fast follow after obtaining type certification with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).”
