Advario Terminals joined the SOHAR Port and Freezone Net Zero Alliance, accelerating Oman’s transition to carbon neutrality by 2050.
During the event, Asyad showcased projects like the National Green Hydrogen Refueling Station Pilot Project and the Green Fuel Bunkering Hub, aiming to revolutionize logistics and energy sectors. Mohsin Alrustom, Asyad’s CFO, discussed governments’ role in enhancing sustainability efforts. Essam Al Sheibany, Asyad’s Sustainability VP, highlighted their innovations and technologies to reduce carbon emissions.
Asyad’s efforts in environmental sustainability were recognized with the OSW ESG Award. Its partner, Mawasalat, received the OSW Future Mobility Award 2024 for sustainable transport initiatives. These accolades underscore Asyad Group’s leadership in driving environmental responsibility and sustainable development in Oman.
