DSV has opened a new 30,000 sq m logistics warehouse in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), adding capacity for regional and international cargo handling as demand for specialised storage and distribution services grows in the UAE. The facility includes temperature-controlled areas, cold rooms, dangerous goods sections and space for value-added logistics operations, supporting sectors such as pharmaceuticals and industrial cargo.

Isa Al Khalifa, Managing Director of MENA Real Estate at Arcapita and Chief Executive Officer of Lintara Properties, said: “This complex is built to handle increasingly complex requirements – from pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled goods to hazardous materials – the warehouse is able to support supply chains with resilient, sustainable, and best-in-class logistics solutions.”

The warehouse was developed by Arcapita Group through its real estate platform Lintara Properties. Located within DSV’s JAFZA South Campus, the site expands the company’s logistics footprint in Dubai and increases its ability to manage more complex supply chains across the Middle East.

The facility has high-bay storage with a maximum internal height of 17.3 metres and space for around 75,000 pallet positions. It also includes loading and docking areas, covered outdoor storage space, workshops, mezzanine sections and office areas for customers.

DSV said the warehouse was built using its global logistics design standards and is aimed at improving operational efficiency and cargo handling flexibility. The site was constructed by Group AMANA using modular and off-site construction methods.
