Oman Air Cargo has expanded its global reach by signing five new General Sales Agent (GSA) partnerships, introducing two offline routes to Australia and Japan. The new offline routes will be handled by GSA Australia Cargo and World Prime Services, while three additional GSAs – Al Madinah Travel Company, MGH Logistics, and APG – will manage online routes to Kuwait, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The airline said the expansion reflects growing momentum for its cargo operations and will allow Oman Air to serve customers more efficiently. Michael Duggan, Head of Cargo, Oman Air, highlighted that the partnerships will strengthen the airline’s international network and support its ongoing transformation.
The new GSA contracts are set for two years, while several existing contracts have been renewed for one year. To celebrate the milestone, Oman Air hosted 27 representatives from its GSA network at an event in Muscat, underscoring the importance of collaboration in expanding its cargo services. The development comes as Oman Air continues to focus on enhancing logistics and cargo operations, boosting connectivity across key international markets, and providing timely, reliable service for customers across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
