Radia and Maximus Air have agreed to alter how oversized and high-value cargo is moved faster. The alliance addresses a global shortage in outsized cargo capacity, a pressing challenge for sectors such as energy, aerospace, manufacturing, and emergency response.

Radia CEO Mark Lundstrom said WindRunner is set to redefine large-cargo transport, while Maximus Air CEO Samir Ramadan called the partnership a step forward in strengthening global air logistics capabilities. WindRunner offers significant internal volume and can operate from semi-prepared runways, providing operational flexibility for commercial, defence, and humanitarian missions.

Maximus Air’s experience in transporting mission-critical freight and managing integrated logistics complements Radia’s technology, enabling the two companies to explore new routes, enhance cargo handling, and deliver large-scale shipments efficiently worldwide. By integrating WindRunner into global operations, Radia and Maximus Air aim to transform how oversized cargo is moved. The formal agreement was finalised during the Dubai Airshow 2025.
