Sharjah and Brazil are strengthening trade cooperation to expand business connectivity, support cross-border trade, and create new opportunities for companies in both markets. The initiative focuses on improving market access and encouraging investment between the UAE emirate and Brazil.
The cooperation is expected to support logistics and supply chain activities by strengthening trade networks, improving connectivity, and facilitating the movement of goods between the two regions.
Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI, said the chamber remains committed to supporting Sharjah’s private sector in expanding into international markets while strengthening the emirate’s position as a destination for investment in industry, innovation, and logistics.
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (CCAB) are working to enhance private-sector collaboration and help businesses explore opportunities in new markets.
The partnership supports Sharjah’s role as a regional gateway for trade and investment, while strengthening links with Latin American markets. It also comes ahead of the 5th Arab-Brazilian Economic Forum, scheduled to take place in São Paulo on August 25, which will focus on expanding economic ties between Brazil and Arab countries.
