“Artificial Intelligence must be integrated in the different IT tools of the airline and to improve productivity and to ensure that the customer gets more information, faster and more intuitively,” Stanislas Brun, Vice President, Etihad Cargo, said. “Etihad Cargo has ordered some Airbus 350 freighters, which will be delivered by the year 2026. For now, the main target is to prepare for the integration of these freighters and add to the destinations and to improve our network,” he added. The carrier is constantly striving to innovate through AI, he added.
