4th PPP MENA Forum kicked off at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. The event saw public-private partnership (PPP) regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders from Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region uniting on a single platform to share innovative ideas and vision. Nasser Massoud, WAPPP Chair for Social Sector PPPs Chapter UAE, delivered the opening remarks. Highlights of the event included panel discussions on social infrastructure PPPs in the GCC and a session dedicated to the healthcare PPPs in MENA. The event is supported by Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects, NCP Saudi Arabia and various local and global firms specialising in finance, legal, and consultancy services.
