7X has widened the scope of its ADEED platform in the UAE by adding more than 30 new logistics and trade-related entities, aiming to improve how supply chain requests are handled and routed across operators.
The expansion brings in express delivery firms, transport companies, logistics providers and other trade ecosystem partners into a single coordination system. The platform is being positioned as a central point to match supply chain needs with available service providers.
According to operational data from the initial phase, ADEED processed all incoming requests by either closing them or directing them to relevant service tracks, recording a 100 per cent resolution routing rate within the first month of launch.
A new AI-based monitoring layer, ADEED Radar, has also been introduced. It tracks vessel movements, port activity and early signals of disruption, and supports rerouting decisions through scenario modelling and alternative route suggestions.
Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, said “Through this expansion, we hope to provide a clear and structured route for government entities and the wider business community to access the right support, strengthening the UAE’s readiness to address operational challenges.”
The platform has also been extended to include access to trade finance, funding options and risk mitigation support through banking and financial sector partners. The expansion is expected to improve coordination between logistics operators, reduce delays in decision-making, and give businesses faster access to both operational and financial support across the UAE’s supply chain network.
